How is it charged?

Where to start: the Security Audit. A Security Audit checks your devices, network, Wi-Fi, accounts and backups against the Essential Eight and what cyber insurers ask for. You get a prioritised list of what to fix.

Frequently asked questions

What is the Essential Eight?

The Essential Eight is a set of eight baseline security strategies published by the Australian Signals Directorate. Essential Eight uplift is part of this service.

Can you get us certified or lower our insurance premium?

We can't promise a certification or a lower premium. A Security Audit shows you where you stand against the Essential Eight and what cyber insurers ask for, and what you'd need to do.

What happens if something goes wrong?

We help with first response when something goes wrong, so you're not working it out on your own.

Do you train staff?

Yes. We run phishing awareness training so your staff can spot fake emails and messages.

What is a digital footprint review?

It's a review for business owners and key staff of what information about them is out there, so you can see what an attacker could find.

Ask us anything — free, by email.

Tell us what's going on and we'll give you a straight answer, even if the answer is "you don't need us."

The fine print, in plain English: free advice is general information for a one-off question, given in good faith. It doesn't make you a client and isn't a substitute for a proper look at your systems, and to the extent the law allows, we're not liable for how it's used. Anything beyond that one answer, like follow-up help or work on your systems, is a paid service that we agree with you in writing first.
